Special Item Being Auctioned

Special Item Being Auctioned In December 1st Auction

As part of the auction we will be selling a house. What's so special about the house? It's been placed in a special area where players usually cannot place houses and as been surounded by special decorations, a truely unique house.

The house cannot be re-customized but yard wand can be used to complete the deco. If the player that buys the house can only have 1 house on his account, he or she will have to demolish their house before taking posession of the new one, if the playare that buys it has 2 houses, he or she will have to tear one of them down to get the new one.

It's always possible to buy a second house deed from Paradise Store to be able to own 2 houses or GM all skills on your char to get a second account.

** This will be a test project, if it is something that players like we will make more special houses and sell them for your enjoyment. However, if this becomes a source of trouble or complaints we will abandon the project. **

A gate to the house will be open near Britain bank for everyone to visit from today to december 1st.

I think this is a great idea, and it's a nice house in an "interesting" location. I did notice one thing though - when I went to look at it, the house sign gave no information about the house. It wasn't even really a house sign.

Could you please post some additional information like Number of Lockdowns, secures, etc.

Also - it appears that the house is in Trammel - is this so? Might affect people wanting to sail to shore instead of recalling/gating.

The house is in trammel (because on fel water there might be sos on the location) and it is based on an 18x18 customizable house (same properties)

Just in case people aren't aware this can happen, the day I spent doing 34 SOS's last week ( ya don't tell me I'm crazy I already know it lol) I did quite a few of them in Trammel trying to see if there was any difference, there wasn't even all the sea monsters and sharks etc. all came out normal, no Terragons at all soooooooo.....

The moral of the story is... don't even bother to do maps in Trammel anyways, nothing special in the water there I could see

Either that or... I just got lucky and never got any Terragons... or is that 'unlucky'? LOL

Just wanted mostly to clarify that the SOS spots are in both facets (at the same time, not specified as Fel or Tram just that you can do them in either place, the maps apparently don't know the difference). I don't think this should interfere with this house setup though, should be pretty cool no doubt

I realize this post does not belong in this thread but I need to clarify.
Maybe it is ironic that Trammel is a bad place to be because of the stronger monsters. But as for the water, it is actually a safer spot to be for a newer player. There are no sharks spawned in Trammel waters. Training of skills on a boat is safer in Trammel than Felucca.

Now lets please keep this thread on subject. The subject is the house for auction.
