I use this little batch of spices as sprinkles on cooked chicken, vegies, sandwiches and about anything except ice cream. I make it in good size batches because I like it very much.
2 garlic powder 2 salt - plain non-iodine 1 sweet basil 1/2 marjoram 2 chili powder - McCormick 1 black pepper 1/2 rosemary ground fine 1/2 chipotle chili 1/2 smoked paprika
Just mix it all up. The values are for same sizes. Use tsp or buckets. Just use same size down the list.
Just a note: I have tried many different chili powders and McCormick seems to be the best balance. The only one better is the one I make. ;D
