this is a recipe that my husband adores and it's relatively simple.
Heat a pan of oil (I use crisco canola oil) roughly 4 inches deep til a sprinkle of water makes the oil crackle
While oil is heating cut chicken breast or tenderloins into 1-2 inch square chunks. In a medium to large bag mix equal parts parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Then add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and italian seasoning to taste (you can use whichever seasonings you prefer these are just the ones we like)
Pour an inch or so of milk into a bowl and dip the chicken into the milk and then drop into the bag of breading and shake until coated (if you don't mind the mess you can double dip to create a thicker breading)
Once the oil is heated drop the breaded chicken into the oil and cook until they float or are golden (usually 3-5 minutes)
Remove chicken from oil and let cool on a stack of paper towels. Then enjoy on their own or with your favorite dip ;D
