Here is some information I found. I hope it is helpful and that some of the PF experts can add more PF specific information related to gining this skill.
First: Use a Travel Stone to go to the Special Paradise – Mini Mall. At the Mini Mall you can buy Ninjitsu training from Kerstan the ninja and samauri dealer. That gets you to about 30.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Train Ninjitsu 30-120
Cast the ninja spell “Animal Form (a rabbit) over and over, till you get to 40.
Cast “Mirror Image” till you get to 65 or so.
Now here's where it gets interesting.
Get a golem or a horse or a Bird. Tell the pet to attack you "all kill." Now all you do is cast just “Focus Attack” (make sure you don't have a shield, you can't focus attack with a shield in hand). You don’t have to target yourself or anything, just focus attack, you'll get gains.
Once you get to 90 or so, switch it to “Deathstrike”, and you'll get all the way to 120 this way. It does take a while, but you'll see gains.
Tip: If you can get over 55 ninjitsu, then just get some jewlery to get you to the next spell to gain. You can cast “Shadowjump” using GM hiding and 80 stealth works great. You never fail your stealth check at this level so it never reveals you or takes you out of stealth. Even in the upper 80s, Shadowjump is still good for gains. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Mirror image will go as high as 77.5. Also, on shadowjump, a little trick I learned, but not macro-able: find a moongate (Luna center is great), go through the moongate to another moongate. When you arrive on the other side, you're automatically hidden so you don't have that first 11-12 second pause. Double click stealth mode, then use shadowjump for four jumps. Go back through the moongate to another one, repeat process.

Well, found that Shadowjump will only take you to 87.5.
For what it's worth, I'm macro'ing this with Razor in Luna. Using the Shadowjump skill; set a relative location to something like (0,-1)... you will jump 1 hex north. Gone from 77.5 to about 82 in a very short time just jumping from south to north inside the wall.
Once I get the ambition and finish a few other skills I'm working on, I'll get back to this.

As far as the first stint of this process (animal form), has anyone run into the issue of the macro cycle stopping because the menu doesnt appear when you're already in rabbit/ rat form going back to human?

As far as the first stint of this process (animal form), has anyone run into the issue of the macro cycle stopping because the menu doesn't appear when you're already in rabbit/ rat form going back to human? I think the cycles do not stop, they repeat the steps to make the action they are supposed to do, the established number of times, and after they start again from the beginning. So, I'm guessing that if it is set to do it 300 times it will seem like it has stopped meanwhile it is trying to hit 300 times this non showing menu. Maybe if you edit time out to 3, the macro will try to hit the menu that does not appear only 3 times and will go to the beginning again. Another thing that has proved to be helpful when my macros do not work is to introduce small pauses in between the actions (like insert pause 300). Note: I do know very little of macroing, so I might be completely wrong, but hope this that helps me maybe can help you too.

If you're having troubles with the menu.....in your razor macro....change "wait for gump" to pause for 2000 milliseconds or something like that....may have to mess around with how many ms you need depending on fc.

I did the same thing Dark Smurf mentioned and it went up at a fairly decent rate.

The way I did it was: bought 30 skill, slapped on +15 in jewelry and macroed Mirror Image till I was at the 70's mark (75.5 I belive I stopped gainning) then to shadow jump till 85.5 then just death strike cows till 120. Even faster if you have 7 +5 skill balls lying around hehehehe.
