Dough: 1 cup warm water
1 envevelope dry yeast
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar (or less)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (or less)
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
Put about 1/4 cup warm water in a bowl and stir in yeast until is melts. Add remaining water,oil,sugar,salt and about 1 cup of flour. Mix up well. Then stir in the rest of the flour until you get a stiff like dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth. Oil a bowl and place dough in the bowl, I turn mine over so it is oiled on both sides. Cover it up and let it rise until doubled in size. about 35 to 45 minutes. Then punch dough down. Put the dough back on the floured surface, flour both sides and roll out to fit 16" pizza pan. If you have like a 12" pan then divide the dough in half. Don't forget to lightly oil your pizza pans.
Preheat oven to 450
Putting it all together:
I precook all uncooked meats like hamburger, bacon etc. I like my vegtables very thinly sliced. Gather anything else you like on your pizza olives mushroom things like that. With the dough on the pan spread the pizza sauce over the dough, but not out to the edge leave a outside rim. Now spread all the things you like over the sauce then add the cheese on top. I like to use 4 different kinds of cheese. Now it should be about a 5 lb'er. Now bake in a 450 oven until crust is brown and cheese is melted and you can't stand it anymore more. This is just my way. Enjoy!!
