This is so moist it melts in your mouth. Best served cold, but great hot too, especially with that scoop of vanilla ice cream on it. Pumpkin Spice Cake: 1 box spice cake mix 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1 15 ounce can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) 3 eggs 1/4 cup applesauce 8 ounces ginger ale Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x11 cake pan or bundt pan. Mix all ingredients on low 30 seconds to blend, then on high for four minutes. Timing is important and must be 4 minutes to incorporate air into the mix to produce a light finished cake. Spread evenly into cake pan and cook 40 minutes for 9x11 pan, 60-75 minutes for a bundt pan. *Eat a large piece and enjoy since all the calories were removed *
