1 can rotel chili fixins 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce 2 cans rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies 2 16-ounce cans bush mild chili beans 1 pound venison burger Browned 2 14.5 ounce cans williams diced tomatoes w/ green cilies an 1 packet williams powder chili seasoning 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon hot chili powder 3 ounces barbecue sauce
The Cayenne and hot chili powders can be adjusted to your liking or left out. Barbecue Sauce use what you like. i have been using Cattlemens smokey sauce and its great.
Also if you prefer spicier chili, add some jalapenos
this is good with either deer or beef. and on the last batch i made i used some budweiser bbq sauce. blue label. that was alot better than cattlemens.
