This is the best ham glaze I've ever made!
1 cup applesauce 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 3/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375. Stir all ingredients in a small baking dish until the sugar is dissolved. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until the glaze is thickened. Spoon or ladle over your ham the last hour and allow it to finish baking.
Not only does your house smell heavenly while the glaze is reducing, but once on your ham, it will keep it moist and tender.
