crafted shields of any metal have no resists.
crafted armor did carry resists consistent with the type of metal.

could it be due to this? edit2: no, it can't be. www.runuo.com/community/threads/coder-needed-crafted-shield-resists.454186/but it wasn't implemented in RunUO!!! edit: and moreover, your shield misses even the resist bonuses for verite edit2: and also resists from runic hammer (in OSI, shields won't get resists from arms lore, but as I said this wasn't implemented in RunUO yet)

The crafted shields my mercs have on still have resists. I haven't seen many pre update crafted shields of mine but it looks like only new ones are not picking up resists.

Yep, old shields stay the way they are. Shields with only one 1% resits are what you craft if don't craft it exceptional. Every exceptional shield should have all 5 resits, higher than 1%

todays date is feb 28 and crafted shlds are messed up again. example a platuim did at least have resists it was suppose to but after todays update it went down to 6 physical 5 fire 1 posion 3 cold and energy i think like 2. regular was 1 physical

I realized that not only new crafted shields are affected but existing ones as well. My merc shield which had 15% - 20% in each resist now has 1%-5% each
