Really good!!

I have some suggestions:

- I think it's better to filter the "You_See:" lines, I don't see usefulness for them
- About the [Guild] and [Alliance], as there is also the guild/alliance viewer, I think they could be filtered too.

Ok, it should now filter only public chat & giving staff an >>> will also timestamp in beginning
