before starting the story I would like to make a disclaimer on my grammer... English is my second language so if you find faults in my grammer please let me know. Thank you.
After what seemed like an eternity wandering in the void of my his mind; Yoko awakes to a new dawn in a land similar to that he was used to. A quick look around to get his bareings. He quickly grabs his bag and starts to walk towards the nearest black smith.
- Hail to thee good black smith. - Hail fair adventurer how may I assist thee today? - I would like to repair my arms and armour.
After much needed repairs (Thanks Flint) Yoko sets on his mount insearch of much needed hunt and gold. Heading north twoards the outskirts of town he runs into a man fleeing from an unseen danger yelling "Guards, Guards help the cementary has been over run with foul deamons!" Not giving a second thought to the matter Yoko reaches for his bow and quiver and urges his steed to rush onto the mortal danger.
Upoun reaching the cementary he sees what can not be the place is over run by zombies and ghosts. Charging in to battle Yoko lets a hail of arrows fly into the nearest zombie. With a loud thud the foul creatur hits the ground. He then turns to face the next oponent just to find nothing their. With a loud niegh his horse rears tossing him off and slamming into the fence. Yoko can hear as his ribs crack on impact and his bow lands far from hands reach. Drawing his sword and shield he parries an incomming blow from a ghast. Drawing apoun the mistical arts he speaks the words of life "In Vas Mani" tending to his wounds. He notices that he is now sorunded be unsuparable odds. "Could this be the end?" he thinks to himself as he fights on slashing and blocking as much as he can untill he feels a blow coming from behind to his head leaving him on the ground. Turning to face upwards he sees a large foot of an etien comming down on him, he reacts by tring to grab the foot and holding the crushing force with no avail. Yoko can feel as the life force is being shquashed out of him as if he where a tiny insect. Suddenly he hears a voice yelling "Do not fear my good man help has arrived!" looking over towards where the angelic voice came from he sees a young lass mounted on a unicorn followed by a large lime green dragon. The pair quickly make short work of all the foul critters that are their and save young Yokos life.
Tatterd and tourn Yoko stuggles to his feet and looks around insearch of his heroin to give many thanks to her but she is nowhere to be found, all that is left of the young lady is an large egg with a note that says "take good care of this egg, raise the hatchling as if it was your own child and someday it might save your life."

Many moons have passed since the day that Yoko almost died. His egg has hatched and the tiny viper has now grown into a large searpent. A couriouse little critter that seems to always look for a chance to prove it self in the eyes of its master. Many a time has the snake saved Yoko from mortal dangers warning him of impending ambushes from monsters and bandits.
"A fair trade I would say..." Thinks Yoko to himself. "She guards me as I sleep and I guard her as she rests, just one thing thow sometimes I feel as if she understood my every thought and as if she speeks to me."
At that very moment the serpant raises its head opening its mouth and spitting a fireball just across Yoko's left ear. With lightning reflexes he draws his bow and knotches an arrow spinning around to see at what his faithful compannion shot at. The fire ball hurles its self bursting and charing its intended target on impact. Trying hard to ajust his eyes to the darkness after the flash Yoko speaks the words he learned as a young child from the dwarven mages to see in the dark "In Lor" thus turning night into day. He cautously walks to the burnt body. Fighting back the urge to vomit at the stench alone he notices that its an orc. Knowing that orcs never hunt alone but are still clever hunters he starts to search for tracks. Looking around he can see atleast what seems to be the trail of 3 orcs that left the area in quite a hurry. Yoko starts to follow the trail into a vally and to the mouth of a cave.
After a wile of gathering his nerve and trying to convince his fair companion to enter his backpack, he readies his arms for combat. Drawing sword and shield he enters the cave. With stealth and the cover of darkness he creeps through the twists and turns that the earth gives way into a large cavern where he can see a camp fire and many orcs around it. Some are lying asleep, others are passing grunts back and forth. He looks to the far end of the cavern to see what looks like a cage or a primitive jail cell. Inside this cage their is a man. Yoko creeps slowly twoards the man trying not to bee seen nor heard. Upon reaching the cage he notices that the man is alive, barely but alive none the less. Quickly Yoko picks the lock and pulls the poor man out of the cage. The starled soul explains that he was part of a caravan that was slauterd by the orcs not more that a few days ago and that he would reward him, if Yoko could take him to a town called Yew.
Yoko reaches in his backpack and pulls out a brown book reading from it and saying the magical words of "In Kal Ylem" summoning a gate to another land. The light quickly draws the attention of the orcs closest to it. Not wanting to place the good man in any mortal danger Yoko then yells the words of "In Kal Grav" placeing a barrier between them and the would be attackers. Rushing through the gate the two of them appear in the middle of Yew town square. The man then hands Yoko five hundread gold pices and thanks him for saving him from who knows what fate.
Exausted both mentaly and fisicly Yoko walks towards the inn and rents a room for the night.

Months have past since the rescue of the merchant and Yoko is now running low on gold. He prepares his mount and calls his hatchling to his side he leaves the city of Yew heading to the minning town of Minoc. He knows that its a 3 week jorny to the town and that their are many a danger afoot on the way. As he travels he notices that their is a silence... Its too silent. His nevers are now on edge as he knows that their is danger somewhere. Yoko hears a beating in the air as if a pair of large wings comming his way. Looking towards the skies Yoko sees a large blood red drake flying his way. He quickly drinks a potion of invisibility from his potion pouch and hopes that the beast will not pick up his scent. His little friend pokes its head from his backpack and slithers down his arm and leg to the ground chargeing towards the large beast. The creature opens its mouth and lunges an attack to the snake. Yoko fearing that his companion will be eaten alive he launches a volly of arrows hitting the drake in the chest and screams out the words of "In Vas Flam" sending a meteor blast to the large beast, followed by the curse of "In Nox" leaveing the beast in a posioned state to ensure that it may not heal it self during the onslaught. The slain drake lays on the ground and Yoko looks around for his searpent but all he sees now is a large lizard in its place that speaks to him with an empathic link saying: "Do not be afraid my brother, I am still the same I was before, only I have grown. And soon I shall be stronger and grow more." Yoko knowing that it is one thing to walk into a town with a snake and its another to walk in with a large and fearsome beast he pours a potion of shrinking on his friend. Once Milady has shrunken to the size that she now fits in his pack he picks her up gently placeing her ontop of a slik robe to ensure that she would not be harmed in the travel. Once reaching the town of minoc Yoko sets up camp on the skirts of a mountian. He pulls out his pick and starts to mine retreiving from the earth some ores to sell to the smiths. Filling his back pack he trades the ores for much needed supplies and for some gold coins. Yoko walks down to the bank and watches the people walk back and forth. Seeing the town cryer infront of him he asks for the news and the cryer tells him a tale of a vampire that has been terrorizeing the town of Cove. He quickly gathers his belonging and sets towards the Minoc moongate and then to the town of Cove. Once their he walked to the stables and asked the man if he could hold onto his horse for him. Walking to the Inn Yoko rents a room and places his heavy belongings in the room and heads towards the mountians to the place where they said that the vampire layed. Knowing that he must hurry before dark and impending danger he rushes up the mountain and reaches the lair of the foul thing. He enters the cave and speaks the words once more of "In Lor". Walking cautousely inwards of the cave Yoko comes to a coffin. He opens the coffin and sees what looks like a pale lady wich opens her eyes and attacks him with lightning speed. He tries to dodge her but she slams him into a cave wall. Picking him up as if he where a trainning dummy she tosses him into another wall. Yoko hears as his bow brakes and his sword and sheild clatter on the ground. He quickly stands drawing the only weapon he has left wich is his dagger he strikes back. Slashing left and right she just dodges his assult. A swift kick to the groin and Yoko comes down like a sack of potatos. She then grabs Yoko by the hair and bites into his neck only to hit her fangs on his gorret. Takeing advantage of the situation Yoko slams his gauntlets onto the beasts mouth and grabs her by the hair, slamming her into the nearest pillar knocking it onconsicence. He reaches into his pack and pulls out a lenght of rope tieing her up and grabs a cloth to gag her. He carries her out of the cave and walks back to town with her tossed over her his shoulder. Once back in town he walks to the cryer and waits for dawn to take care of the beast. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ok thats chapter 3 I hope you liked it

Its been awile since the last chapter and I thought it was time for yet another. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Walking back towards Minoc Yoko incounters a wandering bard who sings him a tale of a far away land where the towns people are in dire need of aid. This land tis filled with dragons and orcs, ettiens and trolls, reapers and wisps, imps and gargoyles. This bard tells him that the land is deep in the sea where it may be reached only by boat and found only by luck. He tells Yoko that if he sets sail from britan twoards the south and points his bow to the east horizon for half a day then sail south for three more days he might be in luck.
Heading back to Britan Yoko goes to the local shipwright and puchaces a small ship that will lead him to his new adventure. The shipwright gives him the key to the ship and points him to the docks. He then walks to the local Inn and buys provisions for his time at sea. Setting sail Yoko follows the instuctions to the letter sailing half a day to the east then three days twoards the south. On the way their a storm batters the small ship. On the morning of the third day Yoko has finds himself laying on the shores of an isle his ship is gone along with his food water and arms. He quickly searches his pack and finds that all he is left with are one days worth of trail rations, his flint and steel, a length of rope an his old dagger and his tattered bed roll. He picks himself up tieing the sheath of the dagger to his belt. Yoko wanders around the island in serch of fresh water and a place to make camp. He finds a river that leads to a small cave where he finds a broken furnace and rusted anvil. some ore on the ground and a used tinkering kit. He quickly smelts the ore into an ingot and makes a pickaxe. Knowing that his skill as a smith is not the greatest in the land he mines more ore and makes himself some chain mail and a hatchet for defence. He then chops some logs and uses his dagger to carve spear. Yoko then sets out to find some hunt for food and warm clothing. He sees a deer at a far, quickly he hides himself slowly makeing his way twoards his prey he launches his spear to the deer getting the creature inbetween the upper sholderblades knocking the deer to the ground. He then carves out the meat and hides from the animal also not wanting to waste any of it he uses the tendons and bones to create a compound bow. After makeing the bow he then hunts a bird and gets feathers to make arrows...
Not wanting to spend the rest of his life on the isle he decides to make a raft tieing some logs with some vines he tries his luck on the sea again...

As he walks out of the village Yoko thinks to himself: -how did I get myself into this mess?- recalling all the good times he had in the small village in wich he grew up on. The green pastures and blue skies. The smell of the grass after the rain and how the sound of the cows in the medows. He remembered how his father tought him to hunt with the bow and arrow, how his uncle tought him to fight with the sword. He recalls the time that he ventured to the mountians and the dwarven mages showed him magic wile the minners showed him the ways of the furnace and ore. Hearing a screach of an eagle flying by he awakens from his memories and realises that he is now upoun the ruins of an old temple. In the distance he hears the russeling noise of branches being shoved to the side and twigs breaking. Something was heading his way... something big. Quickly Yoko hides himself under the brush of the dence forest. He sees as a huge beast passes him by. The foul creature stands about two meeter tall and is about 4 meeters long. The beast resembles a overgrown woodland tick, he recalls hearing tales back in his village from the town drunk who used to claim that he had los his right arm to a beast that he called a flessrenderer. Everyone thought that the ale drove the old man mad but he now realises that the fool was correct. Could this be the monster that was terrorizeing the village? He quietly knotches an arrow pulling it back slowly not to make a noise. He lets the arrow fly hitting its target. The beast then wails in pain as it turns around to attack its asailent. It turns around just to meet another arrow strikeing it in its leg pinning the beast to the ground imovolizeing it. Arrow after arrow Yoko launches into the beast, he reaches again for his quiver just to find that the quiver is now empty. Yoko quickly drops his bow to the ground and draws his blade. Chargeing at the beast he leaps into the air plumetting down blade first into the head of the beast driveing it deep into it. The creature struggles for wile then suddenly it stops moving altogether. As Yoko backs up abit he thinks to himself that he will need proof of the creatures demise. Cutting the belly if the creture he discovers the half digested body of some happless soul that was unfourtate enough to have gotten into its mouth. On the corps he finds a leather backpack filled with some gold, two tombs of magic and a set chain mail made of an unusual white meatal. He gives the body a burial and returns to the body of the beast had carves the head as proof to the village people (yea i know YMCA ) and atones the chain mail that he returns to the village. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Shorter and shorter the stories get, well I hope you guys are enjoying the tale, if so please let me know

... Longer and longer the story gets !!! Way to go Yoko, your great imagination is revealed. I like the way you put into a story, the characters, the creatures and the landscape found in the UO world. Continue you story, I'm curious to see what will happen next to your hero and how it's gonna turn out, in the end.

Dragging the head of the beast back to the village Yoko is greated with a heros welcome. The people gather what small goods they have and prepare a feast as none ever seen before by any of them. They drank stale ales and warm wines, devoured breads fish and hams untill the last person fell asleep. Yoko thinks to himself that he must find away back to Yew where he heard earlyer before during the party that their was a band of bandits and murderers terrorizeing the trade route to minnoc. During the night by the light of the bon fire Yoko reads the tomes he had found in the back pack. He starts with the red book wich ne knew all too well that it was a mages book. This one was far more vast than the ones he had seen before. The second tome he also knew, it was a rune storage book, but the third he had never seen. This book was white and the inscriptions he new that they where spells but what kind he did not know... They where wrightings that he never seen and when he spoke them he felt almost a devine precence powering him over. One spell made him feel lighter with his sword and another made him feel that he could hit more acuratly with his blade. On the dawn of the next day Yoko asks the village elder on how to reach the town of Yew. Looking at Yoko quite puzzled the man tells him that he never heard of this town called Yew. How can this be? Yoko thinks to himself where could he be... Could it be possible that during his time adrift he passed through a serpent pillar? He asked the man where was he to wich the man responded that that he was in the lands of Tokuno. With that said Yoko thinks to himself that this might be a good place to venture another time and reaches for the runebook casting the binding spell wich locks the stone to the land that he is in. He then searches the book for a land wich he could reconise. Atlast a name that he knows and then he speaks the words of power In Kal Ylem opening a gate to his lands. At the sight of this some of the villagers run and hide wile others stare with awe. Stepping into the gate Yoko finds himself in the royal palace of Britan standing to the right hand side of the throne. The royal guards quickly charge at Yoko with halburgs in hand and force him to the ground... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> oh no what will happen next... I dont know... still makeing it up
