I did this in just s short time.
Buy up lockpicking to 30ish before you start.
Go to the Training Facilities and head to the Lockpicking Area.
Sit at the first set of boxes for 35 Tinkering.
Use provided keys to lock all the boxes.
Record a Razor Macro and target one of the boxes. You should get these steps. Double Click, Wait for Gump, Absolute Target.
Stop the macro and delete "Wait for Gump" and "Absolute Target".
Add a 5000 pause.
Set the Loop and begin the macro.
You can start with the first box and keep targeting it until you here the click that unlocks it. Keep targeting the same box until you get the message "Already Unlocked".
Go to the next box.
Keep going until all the boxes are unlocked.
Stop Macro and relock all the boxes and then start again.
Proceed to the higher level boxes when you notice your gains aren't increasing.
Good Luck!

that works or u can just use this macro i made
make a new macro then go to ur razor folder and then go in the macro folder and open the new macro in notepad then copy this below
!Loop Assistant.Macros.DoubleClickAction|1073813455|5995 //key ring Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:00.2500000 Assistant.Macros.LastTargetAction //box u r picking Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:01 Assistant.Macros.IfAction|4|0|you lock it Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:00.1000000 Assistant.Macros.DoubleClickTypeAction|5372|True Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:00.1000000 Assistant.Macros.LastTargetAction Assistant.Macros.PauseAction|00:00:05
when u get high enough move to the next set of boxes and retarget the key ring and the box u r picking
then u r all set u can leave it and watch ur skill points go up
if u want to make ur points go up faster u can click other boxes and just wate till u get ur .3 points then go to the other box

Has the above changed now? I noticed that the chests move, so how could you actually target them with a macro?
I'm not very good at these things, forgive my ignorance

Yes wulf, go to the main paradisefound.com website, under compendium/players/razor macros, the lockpick macros there are setup to use the training oasis the way it was before.
I used this macro to get 95 locksmith in 6 hours or so. Enter the training oasis, and sit down where you want to be. There are seperate tables for each, you want to read the book to see the minimum required lockpicking to open the packs. When you level past the next table, leave the training oasis and go back to the next table.
Open both pouches to expose both sets of chests. Be sure to have quite a few lockpicks on you.

I went to 95 lockpick in about 35-40 min i think. Go to the oasis, bring about 350 lock picks. sit at table and open two bags. Record razor macro, double click lockpicks, target box. Stop macro. Set to loop, change wait for target to wait for 200. Set target to target by type and lockpicks by type. Hit go. When lockpick is up enough, move to next set of boxes. You get 3-6 gains per box in like 1 second this way.

You get 3-6 gains per box in like 1 second this way. An important detail to add: When you move to the next set of boxes, much likely you will get a lot of messages This is too far away. This happens because Razor remembers all of items you had to do in a 13 tile radius, so it still tries to lockpick the boxes of the previous set. To avoid this, and so to "reset" the Razor list of "which boxes to open", a method is to just go away for more than 13 tiles and return to lockpick boxes. More useful target = faster gains!
