you will die for these I swear, much better than takeout, and you eat em all up. You will need: 3 Lbs Chicken wings Flour 1 beaten egg 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Vinegar 3 Tbsp soya sauce 3 Tbsp water 1 Teasp salt 1/2 teasp garlic (I choose not to taste garlic but I like sweet) Section your wings, and dip in egg and roll in Flour. Fry then in a greased pan til golden brown and place into an oven dish. Repeat for all wings. Mix Sugar, Soy, Water and salt, garlic if you wish, and pour ontop of your chicken wings in an overn safe dish. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 mins or until sauce thickens (which could be standing). 15 mins to prep, 45 to cook. Its fun and the result is to die for!!!!!! Enjoy PS (I want wings now.... mmmmmm)
