8 ounces imitation crabmeat, ground 8 ounces cream cheese 8 ounces shredded cheese (your choice) 2 tablespoons chili sauce or picante sauce 1 tablespoon horseradish
Blend together until well blended. Spread a layer on one tortilla flat, cover with a second one. Gently place in a hot (medium heat) frying pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Slide from the pan onto a cutting board and cut with sharp knife or pizze cutter into wedges.
The spread can also be used with finger sandwiches, phyllo dough, celery sticks, or your favorite crackers. Dress it up or down as much as you like.
Ham, chicken or hamburger can be used instead of crabmeat.
