Just in time for all those SuperBowl fans... a 7-layer bean dip that's sure to please. Easy and quick to make.
INGREDIENTS: 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1 lb. braised hamburger (optional) 1 cup guacamole (optional) 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tomato, chopped (or 1 cup salsa) 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup black olives, drained
DIRECTIONS In a large somewhat flat serving dish, spread the refried beans. Braise the hamburger, drain off the grease. Layer the hamburger on the refried beans. Layer guacamole on top of the hamburger. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread over the layer of guacamole. Sprinkle a layer of Cheddar cheese over the mayonnaise mixture layer. Sprinkle tomato, green onions and black olives over the cheese. Tastes even better chilled for one hour.
To make cleanup much easier, place a single layer of Doritos chips on the bottom before starting the layering process.
